Held every February, BMM Manor Weekend brings together a select group of Black DL, gay and bisexual men for three nights in a private countryside house. It's a chance to escape the everyday, indulge your desires, and spend an entire weekend surrounded by men who share your appetite for something more.
As the winter chill settles outside, life inside the house takes on its own rhythm. From shared breakfasts and conversations to spontaneous encounters, group play and intimate moments, the experience moves freely between socialising and sexual exploration. Nudity is mandatory, and sexual activity isn't restricted to bedrooms or designated hours. The house becomes a shared, sex-positive environment where encounters can unfold openly throughout the day and night.
The intimate setting allows chemistry to develop naturally, without the pressure of organised participation. While nudity is part of the experience, sexual involvement is always a personal choice, with every encounter grounded in mutual consent and respect.

House Rules
Manor Weekend is a private, sex-positive space for Black men. To keep the experience safe, free and respectful, the following rules apply to every guest.
1. Consent Is Non-Negotiable
Always ask before touching. No means no, and consent can be withdrawn at any time. Pressure, coercion or unwanted advances will not be tolerated.
2. No Cameras or Recording
No photography, filming or recording of other guests without their explicit permission. Phones are strictly prohibited in designated play areas. Violations may result in immediate removal.
3. Respect the House
Keep bedrooms and communal areas clean, respect other guests' belongings and leave shared spaces accessible to everyone. Guests are responsible for any damage they cause.
4. Personal Hygiene
Arrive clean and maintain good hygiene throughout the weekend. Use the towels and robes provided and clean up after yourself.
5. Alcohol & Substances
Personal alcohol is permitted, subject to house rules. Illegal drugs are prohibited. Anyone whose intoxication compromises safety or consent may be removed.
6. Respect Every Brother
Different personalities, preferences and boundaries are welcome. No judgement, shaming, harassment or discrimination.
7. Sexual Health & Safety
Bring your preferred condoms, lubricants and personal essentials. Basic supplies may be available, but guests should come prepared. Report any safety concerns to the on-site host.
8. Privacy & Participation
Respect everyone's privacy and discretion. Participation in sexual activities is always voluntary, and guests are free to decline or step away at any time.
