Mandem Freakhauz is built for one thing: a full weekend where sex and desire has room to breathe. For three days and two nights, a private house becomes a space of freedom, nudity, chemistry, teasing, touching, laughter, and the kind of tension that never really switches off. Clothes become optional very quickly, boundaries are replaced by comfort, and the energy moves naturally from morning conversations in the kitchen to late nights that stretch far beyond sleep. It is raw, playful, masculine and intentionally intimate.
The experience runs in two chapters each year: May and July. Each edition operates at controlled capacity to preserve intensity, proximity, and discretion.

Mandem Freakhauz is a private, sex-forward house environment. These rules are non-negotiable and exist to protect the space, the property, and everyone inside it.

Consent is law. Ask before touching. “No” means no, immediately. Pressure, coercion or repeated boundary violations result in removal without refund.

No filming or recording. No photos, videos, screen recordings, or audio recordings anywhere inside the property. Discretion is mandatory. Breach of this rule = immediate removal.

Respect the property. Treat the house, furniture, bedding, and appliances with care. Clean up after yourself. Reckless or deliberate damage is not tolerated.

Property damage is chargeable. Any damage caused through negligence or misconduct will be financially chargeable to the individual(s) responsible.

Hygiene is expected. Arrive clean. Maintain yourself throughout the weekend. Dispose of waste properly and respect shared areas.

No outside guests. Only confirmed attendees are permitted inside the house at any time.

Substances policy. Personal alcohol is permitted within reason. Illegal substances are not permitted. Obvious intoxication or disruptive behaviour will result in removal.

Follow host direction. The on-site BMM host has final authority on safety, conduct, and property matters. Their decisions are binding.

Booking & Payment Terms
Securing Spot
• Submitting the application form does not automatically confirm your place.
• Your space is confirmed only once payment has been made.
• Spaces are allocated on a first-paid, first-confirmed basis within each accommodation option.
Booking Deposit
A £10 non-refundable booking fee is included within the listed price of each accommodation option.
This fee covers administrative processing and payment platform charges.
Payment Options
You may choose either:
• Full Payment: Pay the total amount upfront to secure your space immediately.
• Payment Plan: Booking deposit required to secure your space and pay balance due by a specified deadline prior to the event
Refund Policy
• All payments are non-refundable.
• No refunds will be issued for no-shows or personal schedule changes. If you are unable to attend, you may request to transfer your space to the next Mandem Freakhauz chapter same year, subject to availability
